Hey there, welcome to my personal website! I lead the Computational Sciences Division at Curve Biosciences. I am responsible for the de novo design and maintenance of our next-generation sequencing (NGS) data engineering and featurization pipelines. In addition, I research, architect, deploy, and maintain our AI platform to deliver molecular insights from a simple blood draw to chronic disease patients.
Previously, I received my PhD from UC Berkeley in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering and the Center for Computational Biology. I applied machine learning to single-cell RNA-seq and ATAC-seq datasets to model neuron development as a function of genetic and environmental perturbations in Karthik Shekhar’s group.
I’m passionate about education, mentorship, interdisciplinary research, and sports. Click around to see what I’ve been up to at work and beyond.
